We are excited be going to Science + Innovation Park, Wroughton – the National Collections Centre for the Science Museum Group.

This new purpose-built facility has transformed the Science Museum Group’s care for the collection and enables people to explore much more of it than ever before. Around 300,000 historic objects have now been carefully moved to this sector-leading facility, bringing together these historic objects under one roof for the first time for conservation, study and public access.

Regular public tours of this building began in late 2024, allowing members of the public to get up close to a world-class collection of objects from science, technology, engineering, medicine, transport and media. SWFed members will be offered a special behind-the-scenes tour of the collection along with fascinating insights from the staff who work there.

Please let us know in advance if you are arriving by bus so we can arrange transport from the bus stop to the venue.
