About this event

St Nicholas Priory's senior manager Katherine Findlay will talk about the Priory's three-year NLHF project and how it is helping the organisation move towards financial sustainability.

This talk will explore the challenges that come with balancing the demands of a historic building, funders, audiences and profitability, and look at how the outcomes of the NLHF project will support the transition.

Katherine Findlay is an experienced project manager and heritage interpretation specialist with a track record of building effective networks across the South West heritage sector.

Katherine’s projects range from Bronze Age archaeology of the Isles of Scilly to Second World War air bases in East Devon and the hugely successful Devon Remembers Heritage Project. She is particularly interested in archives and the historic environment.

***Our AGM will be held on the same day at St Nicholas Priory from 12-1pm and will be FREE to attend. Separate tickets will be available if you are not able to join us for the full event.***
